All feedback will be treated with respect, handled confidentially, and reviewed in a timely and fair manner. Sharing feedback will not affect a participant’s standing in current or future courses.

Informal Resolution: Whenever possible, participants are encouraged to discuss concerns directly with the individual involved or a member of the OSACOMT team.
Formal Submission: If the matter cannot be resolved informally, participants may submit written feedback to [email protected], including course details, dates, and any steps already taken.
1. Acknowledgment: Submissions will be acknowledged within 5 business days.
2. Review: The Feedback Resolution Team will carefully review the matter, which may include requesting additional information.
3. Appeal: If the participant is not satisfied with the outcome, they may request a further review within 10 business days. Appeals will be considered by senior management, whose decision will be final.
